BERNARD MHLANGA

A seasoned Sales & Marketing executive within the safety market with many years of experience.
Bernard previously worked for Consafe as a Storeman and later as Internal Sales Executive between 2006 to 2009. He then joined Valor Safety as a Storeman & later promoted to Sales Representative between 2010 and 2013. He briefly joined Safetymate as sales team and managed to build and increase the size of the sales portfolio. He re-joined Valor Safety as an Assistant Sales Manager late 2014 and he rose through the ranks until reaching the Director level.
Over the years he gained extensive insight and experience on market demands, product quality and supplier relationship management. He has also received specialised product training from various manufacturers. Given his extensive experience and knowledge of the safety market, he is the ideal sales guy for perfect safety solutions.
He has managed small, medium and large contracts at clients such Transnet, Sasol, Eskom, Anglo Platinum amongst others. He is also a seasoned marathon runner preparing to enter Comrades Marathon 2018

Phutisi Solutions creates permanent and temporary employment for people in South Africa. Our personnel plan involves employing people on a permanent and temporal basis. From time to time we hire people based on contract we receive. Whilst this number may not significantly reduce the whole rate of unemployment in the country it is significant to the community. Where possible, the company will seek to employ only the people who live around the premises of the business and the business opportunity
Women Participation
Our staff gender distribution should be balanced in the 50:50 ratio such that we will have an equal number of men and women employed in our business.
Poverty Alleviation
Poverty is a serious problem that contributes to inequality and crime in our country. Skills development and new industries create new wealth for otherwise impoverished communities.

In line with the Skills Development Act, Phutisi Solutions aims to develop the skills of the South African workforce and to improve the quality of life of workers and their prospects of work to improve productivity in the workplace and the competitiveness of employers and to promote self-employment. Phutisi Solutions will engage in various training programs to equip our employees with the skills to grow their careers and serve our customers in a better and more efficient way.
